Customers who use their credit cards to purchase products on the HulaStuff.com web site will find that their information is handled safely and securely. Their browsers and the HulaStuff.com Yahoo! Store secure server typically encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions are private and protected. HulaStuff.com further guarantees the safety of the transaction as follows: If a purchase made from HulaStuff.com is found to involve unauthorized use of a credit card, the customer simply notifies their credit card provider and follows that company's reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of the customer, the credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive the customer's entire liability for unauthorized charges, HulaStuff.com will reimburse the customer for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars (US$50.00) per card.
Order Processing
Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. In-stock items are shipped right away, but if an item is on backorder or a special order, it may take a little longer (custom orders take 8 weeks and sometimes longer).
Backordered Items
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail. If a particular size is not shown in the size selection box for an item, that means it is currently out of stock or not available. If we are unable to fill your order within 5 business days, we will put in on backorder and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date (if we have one) via e-mail. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want you order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.

HulaStuff.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Shipping and Handling
HulaStuff.com offers a flat shipping rate for all shipments within the United States sent via US Priority Mail for all purchases under $50; 2nd day air for purchases exceeding $50. This flat fee is $10 (even though it costs us about $13). If your items are really heavy though, we will have to charge you for the shipping. Our standard practice is to pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. It is out of our control once the carrier has your package but we do our best to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any NON-custom-made item for any reason, you may return it with the receipt and tags in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt and instructions on what size you want and we will send the new item to you.

Womens Sizing Chart
Due to the variances of sizes between different manufacturers, we have included individual sizing charts for each women's item in our store. Please check each sizing chart to ensure the best chances for a good fit. We suggest measuring the bust, waist, and hip with a tape measure, then adding 1-2 inches to your body measurements to account for movement and comfort.
